When it comes to newborn portraits, there is nothing more important to me than your baby’s safety and comfort. As a mother myself, I understand how delicate newborns are. Although newborns are known for their ability to get into many unique poses and positions, I make sure to avoid all poses that could potentially cause your newborn any harm or discomfort. The newborns that I photograph are usually so comfortable that they ended up sleeping through the entire session!

My years of experience photographing newborns have taught me which poses make for the best photographs. This knowledge gives me the ability to focus on quality rather than quantity, an opportunity that not too many photographers have.

I try my hardest to make sure each of my newborn photo sessions is unique and tailored towards the parent’s needs. One of the ways that I accomplish this is by providing various props and accessories for the newborn during the photo shoot. Whether it is a basket for your baby to lie in or a knitted hat for your newborn to wear, props and accessories add a completely new dimension to the photographs while also making the photo shoot a truly memorable experience.
